By the Motto Of my Blog you must have all guessed that living healthy is a priority to me.And as the saying goes,"Healthy Life,Happy Life". Below Are some Fitness tips to help you live Healthy and Happy by keeping Fit.

Healthy Ways Of Keeping Fit

There are a lot of ways to keep fit. The important thing is that you find an activity that you enjoy doing and that you stick with it. There is a variety of things you can do. You can run, walk, swim, bike, go hiking, do yoga, lots of different methods for keeping fit. Another enjoyable way is to go dancing. Dancing is a very good aerobic activity, requires physical liveliness and burns a lot of calories. The other thing that is significant is making sure that you follow a healthy diet. You want to make sure that you have enough energy to do these activities that you actually enjoy doing to keep your body fit. Therefore, following a healthy diet means ensuring that you eat when you are hungry, you stop eating when you are full, you include plenty of different types of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, things like brown rice, oatmeal millet, all those types of things are considered whole grains. You also want to include some type of lean protein whether that’s from legumes, beans such as pinto beans, garbanzos, or seafood or lean cuts of meat or poultry without the skin. Any of those are sources of lean proteins that are very beneficial for your body. And again, that particular method of eating will make sure that you have the energy that you need to actually perform these different types of activities you enjoy doing. So when you find the activity you like, try to do it several times a week at least 4 to 5 times a week will really help improve your level of fitness. More than that can actually cause you to lose weight if you are trying to actually lose weight. As you see there are several different ways of keeping feet. It can be any type of physical activity that you enjoy doing.

Social, Mental And Physical Benefits Of Keeping Fit.

Why should you take part in sport? I’ll tell you why by explaining the social, mental and physical benefits of keeping fit!
Mental fitness is key in life, whether it’s a decision of what way to get to school/work or to create that killer pass in a football match that could win it for your team. By taking part in sport activities you will enhance your mental stability on how well you react and make decisions, making school work or your general job so much easier as you will be able to make that instinctive thought on what to do or how to do it. It will also allow you to stay more focused on your achievements, for example rock climbing. The way rock climbing improves your mental stability is making your brain think a little more on going the safer/less risk routes on your trek up the rock. All of which is necessary in your usual day to day life.
Social fitness is another one that can be directly applied from team sports where you need to communicate and make new friends in order to succeed. This helps you in jobs and in school to improve you self-confidence and social ability in which to talk to fellow apprentices or school members. You will be able to express yourself so much more and not worry about embarrassing yourself in front of new potential friends. By joining a sports club that involves communication and friendship you will honestly find it so much easier to make that new best friend/work colleague.
Lastly your physical appearance will improve drastically, providing you eat healthy and stick to your regular exercise you will be guaranteed to feel twice as good and confident about yourself in other activities. You will get the chance to tone that beer belly from Christmas or eating all those sweat food on Easter Holidays which will allow you to feel so much happier about showing off your athletic body rather than that old couch belly. Physical could arguably be one of the most important factors of keeping a healthy lifestyle and feeling confident in the  social world.

How To Keep Fit

Are you slouched in front of a computer all day long? Does your packed schedule leave little time for an honest-to-goodness workout? Having a desk job should not be a reason to slack off on keeping fit. There are ways to squeeze in some workout time to get your body in top form even while in the office.

1. Skip the elevator. By taking the stairs, you can easily get your muscles moving, not to mention burn a lot of calories. It’s an inexpensive way to get fit; I actually know someone who uses the stairs to get all the way up to her 16th floor office to lose weight.

2. Get moving. Why not get water from the farthest dispenser or use the copying machine on the other side of the office? Got to talk to a co-worker? Visit her cubicle instead of calling her on the phone.

3. Stand and squat. Line too long at the photocopier? While waiting, perform some simple exercises. Do some wall press-ups by raising your arms and pushing against the wall. You can also do squats by leaning your back against the wall and rolling down until the back of your thighs and legs touch.

4. Sit and stretch. Can’t leave your desk? You can do these stretching exercises to relieve yourself of that stiff feeling:

- Slowly roll your head, alternating clockwise and counter-clockwise, for 10 seconds.
-  Stretch your arm muscles by raising your right arm and touching your left shoulder blade. Hold position for five seconds. Then, raise your left arm and touch your right shoulder blade. Hold position for five seconds.
-  Stretch your chest by clasping your hands behind your back and pulling them away from your body. Hold the position for five seconds.

5. Lift that weight. Get your hands on two reams of A4 paper and use these as you would a pair of dumbbells.

6. Limber up. Do leg lifts while talking on the phone.

7. Out to lunch. Go out for a brisk walk during your lunch break.

Remember A body in tip-top shape allows you to perform your work better and Live life better and Happy.

Thanks For Reading And Have a Nice Day. xoxo Stephy
